JUKI LH-3568

is a cutting-edge double-needle industrial machine designed for precision corner stitching and high-quality apparel manufacturing. Featuring Juki’s exclusive Organized Split Needle Bar, operators can stop either the left or right needle with a single lever—essential for creating perfect 90-degree corners without "over-stitching." Its Semi-Dry Head technology eliminates the risk of oil stains on your fabric, making it the premier choice for high-end garments and light-to-heavy materials.

  • Organized Split Needle Bar: Allows the operator to decouple either needle instantly via a simple lever, enabling clean, sharp corner stitching.
  • Semi-Dry Head System: The needle bar and thread take-up sections operate without oil, preventing expensive oil-staining damage to finished goods.
  • Superior Thread Tension: Developed with a specialized tension controller that adapts to various thread types, ensuring consistent, well-tensed seams from medium to heavy fabrics.
  • Material-Friendly Micro-Lifter: Features a presser foot micro-lifter that reduces the load on elastic or "shaggy" fabrics, preserving the material’s natural texture.
  • Increased Penetration Power: The upgraded internal mechanism provides 32% more needle penetration force, easily handling thick seams and denim.
  • Two Selectable Oiling Methods: Choose between the "Eco-oil" (circulation) or "Clean oil" (non-return) methods to suit your specific production environment.
  • Energy-Efficient Servo Motor: Included adjustable-speed motor runs silently and consumes 70-90% less energy than traditional clutch motors.
  • Max. Sewing Speed: 3,000 Stitches per Minute (SPM)
  • Max. Stitch Length: 5mm
  • Needle Gauge (Spacing): 1/4" (Standard); Other sizes available
  • Presser Foot Lift: 7mm (Hand) / 13mm (Knee)
  • Needle System: 134R / DP×5 (#9 to #23)
  • Needle Bar Stroke: 33.4mm
  • Lubrication: Semi-dry / Hook section: minute-quantity tank system
  • Hook Type: Vertical-axis regular hook
  • Feed System: Needle-feed (prevents material shifting)
  • Bed Size: 517mm x 178mm

The LH-3568 is optimized for high-precision decorative and structural stitching, including:

  • Apparel: Jeans (pockets and yokes), shirts (cuffs and collars), and uniforms.
  • Corner Stitching: Items requiring sharp 90-degree turns such as pockets, labels, and topstitching.
  • Upholstery: Interior automotive trim and light-to-medium home furniture.
  • Bags & Leather: Wallets, handbags, and synthetic fabric goods.

JUKI DDL-8700 FAQs

What kind of needles do you use in the DDL-8700?

The needles with your JUKI are the Organ DBx1, available on our website. This machine uses size 16×257, size 8 through 20 or 16×97. The 8700 can also use standard needles, sizes 9 through 21, universal or fabric-specific needles such as knit.

Where does the machine oil go?

A pan directly underneath the machine supplies oil to the machine with a cotton wick. Lift the machine up and over to access the oil tank while on the table. You must keep the machine’s oil level consistently at the «high» mark, either by adding more oil or draining it and refilling it as needed. If the oil pump can’t get the oil into the machine, it can cause serious problems later.

What kind of oil does this machine require?

You need a specific type, like motor oil in your car, to keep this machine running. The DDL-8700 requires JUKI New Defrix Oil No.1, equivalent to ISO VG7.

What size table can I get with this machine?

Our table has legs and is 22"w x 47"l. It includes a knee and foot pedals and a left-hand drawer for accessories.

Does the DDL 8700 make buttonholes?

No. The 8700 only does straight stitching, with a horizontal bar on the right side for a reverse stitch.

THE ADVANTAGES OF A SERVO MOTOR

THE ADVANTAGES OF A SERVO MOTOR

Because of the Servo motor speed control, most users find the machine more straightforward to use. Both beginning and seasoned sewers find this feature helpful when stitching projects that don't demand high-speed stitching.
