General Shipping Information

We are proud to offer 99 cent U.S. SHIPPING on our complete inventory of online items. Depending on size/weight, products usually ship First Class/Priority from U.S. Postal Service or UPS. Orders placed before 3pm PST will typically ship the same day. 

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and other U.S. Territories: Please expect significantly slower ship times to states and territories outside the continental U.S. and additional charges may apply. 

Shipping to Canada: Canadian shipping fees calculated automatically at checkout. 

All other international orders: Please send an email with SKU number(s), quantity needed and your exact shipping address to shipping@goldstartool.com and we will create a paypal invoice with your total. Shipping costs to overseas locations are determined strictly by weight, not the quantity of items ordered.

If you prefer to use DHL or have an existing account from another shipping service such as UPS or FedEx, please leave us a note with your shipping preferences and/or the account number you would like us to use to ship your order in the "comment box" during checkout, or contact us before you order for a custom quote.

Industrial Sewing Machine Shipping Information

Ordering "UNASSEMBLED" Sewing Machine

When ordering an UNASSEMBLED industrial sewing machine, your order will be shipped via UPS and will arrive in three separate boxes; one containing the sewing machine head, one containing the industrial table, and one containing the servo motor. This applies to most industrial sewing machines available on our website (*note: Direct-Drive sewing machines will not come with an external motor)

Shipping an UNASSEMBLED machine to:

• RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS............$0.99 cents shipping
• COMMERCIAL ADDRESS............$0.99 cents shipping

Ordering "ASSEMBLED" Sewing Machine

When ordering an ASSEMBLED industrial sewing machine, your order will be assembled and shipped on a palette using one of our trusted freight services (freight service dependent upon availability and quoted shipping time). A representative will contact you to schedule a delivery time/date.

Shipping an ASSEMBLED machine to:

• RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS............$100.00 shipping (*to cover the cost of a liftgate)
• COMMERCIAL ADDRESS............$0.99 cents shipping

• Estimated delivery 5-7 business days for UNASSEMBLED machines

Return Policy

To return an item, it must be in its original unused condition unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. We pay all shipping costs if a return is in result of our error and you are exchanging it for the item you ordered (i.e. received an incorrect or defective item, etc). For all other returns the customer is responsible for roundtrip shipping.

1. Please email returns@goldstartool.com to request a refund and we will assign you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION #.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed note stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
