Consew CN2093R
is a versatile, high-speed industrial zig-zag and lockstitch machine designed for professional garment construction and heavy-duty repairs. Featuring automatic lubrication and a robust horizontal axis rotary hook, it excels in stitching light to medium-heavyweight materials. Whether you are attaching lace, hemming, or working with leather articles and bags, the CN2093R delivers precision and durability in a single-needle setup.
The CN2093R is often compared to the legendary "20U" style machines but adds the convenience of automatic lubrication, making it a superior choice for high-volume environments where manual oiling would be a bottleneck. Its ability to transition from a 9mm wide zig-zag to a perfect straight stitch makes it one of the most versatile machines in any professional shop.

JUKI DDL-8700 FAQs
What kind of needles do you use in the DDL-8700?
The needles with your JUKI are the Organ DBx1, available on our website. This machine uses size 16×257, size 8 through 20 or 16×97. The 8700 can also use standard needles, sizes 9 through 21, universal or fabric-specific needles such as knit.
Where does the machine oil go?
A pan directly underneath the machine supplies oil to the machine with a cotton wick. Lift the machine up and over to access the oil tank while on the table. You must keep the machine’s oil level consistently at the «high» mark, either by adding more oil or draining it and refilling it as needed. If the oil pump can’t get the oil into the machine, it can cause serious problems later.
What kind of oil does this machine require?
You need a specific type, like motor oil in your car, to keep this machine running. The DDL-8700 requires JUKI New Defrix Oil No.1, equivalent to ISO VG7.
What size table can I get with this machine?
Our table has legs and is 22"w x 47"l. It includes a knee and foot pedals and a left-hand drawer for accessories.
Does the DDL 8700 make buttonholes?
No. The 8700 only does straight stitching, with a horizontal bar on the right side for a reverse stitch.
THE ADVANTAGES OF A SERVO MOTOR
Because of the Servo motor speed control, most users find the machine more straightforward to use. Both beginning and seasoned sewers find this feature helpful when stitching projects that don't demand high-speed stitching.
They use up to 90% less power than clutch motors
They are 1/3 lighter than clutch motors
With a flick of the switch, you can reverse motor rotation
No parts to wear out or adjust
No matter how hard you press the foot pedal, the configured speed remains the same.
