GoldStar Tool's Actions to Help Employee, Communities and Customers Affected by COVID 19

In these unprecedented times, we are doing everything we can to serve our sewing and crafting community. We are taking preventive measures to maintain a healthy environment for our staff and working to keep our products stocked and prices fair.

In keeping with that, while doing everything possible to protect our staff and stay open and help businesses produce the needed items for the nation, we are prioritizing shipments to hospitals with supplies to make facemasks and gowns.  As a sewing and crafting supplier to many home crafters and industries, remaining open permits others to operate, adding to the national economy.  

With the safety of our employees and customers always paramount and the hope that our customers also maintain the safest standards, we will focus ourselves on keeping options available.  Please be patient with us as our shipping may be delayed as we try to meet our customer's needs. 

Shipping Updates and Information

We believe our role serving customers and the community during this time is a critical one, and we want to make sure that people can get the items that they need, when they need them. As COVID-19 continues to spread, online shopping has increased. To address this need and help ensure the safety of our associates, we have adjusted our logistics to prioritize stocking and delivering higher-priority items. This will result in some inventory being temporarily unavailable on the site.  As our capacity has been reduced by these changes, our promise delivery dates have been extended to approximately 30 days.

These changes are temporary measures to ensure that we can deliver on commitments to our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience these measures may cause to the delivery of your orders through our site.

COVID-19 GoldStar Tool Return Policy

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the GoldStar Tool return policy has changed. To give top priority to our essential workers and the items, they need to stay safe, all items that are deemed essential, “high-priority,” and needed to combat the pandemic will not be eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to: 

  • Elastic
  • Muslin
  • Boning

The return policy for all other items sold by GoldStar Tool is currently on hold, and refunds will not be processed until further notice to ensure speedy delivery of essential items sold by GoldStar Tool and other manufacturers. 

We appreciate your understanding at this time as we all work to fight back against this pandemic.
